Isn't it amazing how much more festive it is when someone you don't see all the time comes for a holiday? Well, for us, this Thanksgiving, it was Bradley and RJ. Oh, did we have fun!! You'll notice the theme you've come to expect from this site: food, games, family, silliness, fun in general. So, without further ado...
Food:
This was us, gathering for Thanksgiving dinner.
Games:
Pretty much the only difference between Thanksgiving dinner and Monopoly is the game board.

Family:
RJ and Syd (Gracie) ~ soon to be sisters (in law) and Hope ~ another sister
Silliness:
And, just for fun, the happy couple:
We miss our RJ and Brad!!!!! But, boy oh boy, was it ever fun!

Awwww! So sweet! Looks like it was fun all around.
It must be so nice that RJ and Brad get to see each other so often! (I guess actually... that's a matter of perspective, lol) Happy (belated) Thanksgiving!
@mber
Awwwwwwe some post :-p So glad to hear from the Conte side of the world. Glad you had a blast this Thanksgiving. What an exciting time for Brad and RJ
I love the "toe in the nose" picture. Not sure if I can still do that -- there's no one here right now to help me out if I get stuck trying! ha ha!
Wow, I have never seen so many pictures of Brad before - he always manages to duck away from the camera!
Great pictures all around - except that you are not any of them!
@Miss_Sarah15 - Yeah, that was me behind the camera for all the shots.
But thanks for noticing!
Still feeling baffled and amazed at that wonderful and inspiring Psalm 119 performance. What a blessing!
Please great your mom, dad, and sibs for me!
Sue, what a great post and great pics!
I noticed you were not in them!!!
Everyone looks beautiful or handsome and like everyone is so happy! What a blessing! Sorry I've been slack in correspondence... life is just too full and I'm struggling... been pretty sick last two days!
But hey, God is still here and He is in control! Blessings!
@daMomb - pray tell . . . what inspiring Psalm 119 performance left you so breathless?????
@Laniers4 - Hey Michelle, how ya doin'? Good to hear from you! Miss Sarah, her brother, and two of her sisters are in a choir that's directed by her mom (whom your mother met here at the Morse reception.) They're actually about an hour away, but sang the WHOLE of Psalm 119 recently at an evening service at hour church. It was appropriate because we've been going through Psalm 119, 8 verses per week (which makes perfect sense if you're familiar with its lay-out.) Anyway, it's a lot, but they did it ~ from memory ~ beautifully. Amazing.
Hey ~ here's one for you: They have friends who recorded young voices singing it in 8 verse increments ~ it's PERFECT for kids music in the car,since you can just go back to the beginning of the track until they've learned it and then move on. I have an extra copy, if you'd like it.
Since it's young people's voices, its very appealing to kids, I think. The pianist set it to music of his own composition. He was there at our church with Sarah's choir. Totally from memory (his music) ~ amazing! I was soooo sorry that I'd not thought to invite your mom and Mark. They'd have enjoyed it very much.
I'll mail it if you'll give me an address. You can send it via email, though Xanga's pretty much as private as an email, if you get my drift. ;-}
Hope you had an excellent Christmas!!!
